Overview

Sephora Bites is a concept project imagining ingestible products as beauty rituals, not nutrition. The project focuses on brand extension strategy, campaign narrative, and product-experience ideation rather than execution.

The Challenge

How can Sephora enter an adjacent category like wellness snacks without diluting brand equity?

The Solution

Develop a beauty-first conceptual product line with clear ritual positioning, premium visual language, and a campaign system built around habit, repetition, and brand trust.

The Impact

The concept demonstrates how beauty and wellness can be reframed into a culturally relevant, shareable, and repeatable ritual format.

The Idea

Sephora Bites is a conceptual brand extension where ingestible products are designed and positioned as beauty objects. Minimal dosage. Clear function. Premium ritual. The goal is not taste or calories — the goal is habit, repetition, and brand trust.

Why This Concept

Beauty and wellness are no longer separate categories. Consumers already associate supplements, gummies, and shots with glow, energy, and performance — often through beauty brands, not food brands. This project explores how a brand like Sephora could expand into adjacent categories without diluting brand equity, reframe snacks as part of a beauty routine, and create products designed to be photographed, shared, and repeated.

What I Developed

Conceptual product line (gummies, energy bites, wellness shots). Brand positioning and naming. Packaging and visual system aligned with Sephora’s DNA. Campaign narrative and launch logic. In-store pop-up experience concept (Sephora Ritual Bar). Customer journey and cultural positioning.

Project Type

This is a concept-driven project focused on campaign development, brand extension strategy, and product and experience ideation. It was created as an exploratory idea rather than a real-world launch.
